Intensity and different hues
for pleasure in all meals

The Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo is a fresh rosé wine produced with Montepulciano grapes, in accordance with the DOC of the same name. It is a wonderful wine obtained from quick maceration; its flavour is delicate, very perfumed and fresh. Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC is one of the most versatile wines for an endless list of combinations, from meat to fish, all the way to after-meal delicacy. Try it with Indian food, especially dishes containing cumin or hot recipes: a great match thanks for its good acidity and soft tannins. The Cerasuolo follows the tracks of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC, but in a tenuous scale, giving preference to the fineness of the fruit.

The serving temperatures for Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC should be lower: 10-12° C, especially in the summer, when enjoyed with seafood.
