Freshness and drinkability, structure and complexity, for a cerasa, that is waiting to be enjoyed.

The Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo DOC is named after cerasa, meaning cherry; its colour is rosy, similar to that of ripe cherries, which are coral. The grapes are aged in white, limiting fermentation in the presence of the skins to a couple of hours only. The Conte Ripoli Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC is characterised by its cherry pink colour, its scent of fresh red fruits, and pleasant flowery notes. When compared with the Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC of the other Marcocelli family, this one has higher sugar contents. This product combines the freshness and drinkability typical of white wines and the structure and complexity that are more similar to red wines. The result is a product that is perfect as a beverage to accompany meals or as a simple aperitif to be served cold.

The serving temperature of Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC young and fruity is 10-12° C.
