The Passerina IGT is a white wine that is still and dry. Its scent is very intense and delicate, bringing to mind the perfume of almonds and fresh fruit. Its taste is very embracing, soft, and persistent in the mouth. It is yellow with beautiful greenish marbling. The Passerina grape is indigenous to the Marche region, mostly in the southern part in the border with the Abruzzi and Lazio regions. One of its characteristics is a quite high yield, to the point that peasants once called it cacciadebiti or pagadebiti (debt scarer or debt payer).
The serving temperature of Passerina IGT is 10-12° C.
